CH Traveller 1250

The CH Traveller 1250

Ever dreamed of living much of your time on the water while being able to move around at will and enjoy the comfort of a penthouse on water? The CH Traveller 1250 may well be the answer.

Streamlined hull

The CH Traveller is designed to sail on inland waterways with winds up to force 4 Beaufort and a maximum wave height of 0.5 metres. Designer and naval architect Olivier van Meer has poured his forty-plus years of experience into a sailing penthouse that looks as good as she sails. The fact that Van Meer was born on a gaff schooner and has himself sailed hundreds of thousands of miles gives him an innate understanding of how to enhance onboard living and ensure comfort, safety and efficiency.

Two decks of living space

The defining factor that sets this houseboat apart from anything else currently on the market is an ingenious layout that creates spacious decks in and outside. The large sliding/ folding doors make the exterior decks one with the interior. The huge sundeck making it great to relax in the sun and enjoy long summer evenings.

Superior technology

Driven by an 135 Hp Nanni main engine, the CH Traveller 1250 easily reach maximum speeds up to 8 knots. Using the bow and stern thrusters, you easily manoeuvre the CH Traveller 1250 into the most challenging moorings.

Good insulation eliminates engine noises, vibrations and resonance while high-end technical systems such as organic sewage treatment system, a water-maker, underfloor heating, aircon chiller system and solar panels facilitate independent living.
